Congratulations to alumni student Jonathan who picked up the “say it as it is” award at the recent Beyond Radio Volunteer Awards Night.
The event was held at the Trimpell sports and social club in Morecambe and was hosted by Duncan Moore, Beyond Radio’s communities director and volunteer co-ordinator.
Jonathon presents a fortnightly sports show on Beyond Radio where he was presented the award after not being able to make the ceremony.
Jonathon says “I am absolutely buzzing to win this award. I am not afraid to speak my mind. I enjoy presenting my show every other Saturday between 10am and 11am.
