Hi, I’m Tom. I’m the Lead Tutor at Beaumont College in Carlisle. One of the things that I love about working at Beaumont College in Carlisle is helping these young people develop into wonderful independent people who are really enjoying themselves in college. They are developing their core skills, their independent skills, organisation and sequencing skills. I strip my job back to ensuring that our young people, our students are safe in college, giving them opportunities to be happy in college, and for them to progress in whatever it is that they would like to do.
