What we offer at Blackpool and what I’m really passionate about is a person centred programme for our young people. So timetables can look very different depending on the young person and it’s all about them. And we don’t just operate a linear progression route, we look at the whole picture of the person and how we can develop them to be the best person that they could possibly be.

The best thing about my job is the new learning that I receive every day, so some of my students have been the best teachers that I have ever had and it’s a great place to work, very vibrant, full of energy and I love that our students can be present in their local communities.
