Vice Chair of Governor
Safeguarding, Systems, Finance, and Education Management
Andrew provides organisational learning consultancy and systemic analysis through his business, Systemic-Creative. This aims to support organisations to operate more “consciously” by improving the systems, connections and flow of information and ideas both internally and in connection with the organisational environment.
In addition to this, Andrew manages a national advocacy service for people in private-provider healthcare settings with learning disabilities, ASD, personality disorders and mental health issues, which is part of VoiceAbility’s portfolio of services. The service supports people to have their voice heard, their wishes and rights respected and to be involved and at the centre of all decisions about their care and their life.
