Student Entry
We encourage prospective Learners, their parents and professionals to arrange an initial, informal visit during term time before making an application. Informal visits can be organised for individuals or groups.
Please try to plan well ahead so we can arrange to show you all the elements of the College you would like to see. On these visits we offer a tour of the College and an opportunity to meet some of the staff and ask questions. There is no formal entrance examination and there are no specific entry qualifications.
However, places are limited and although careful consideration is given to every application there is no automatic guarantee of a place being offered. Our full admissions policy is available from the Transition Team and is summarised at the end of this prospectus. Learners are funded by the Learning and Skills Council; part funding may be sought from Social Services Departments.
Specialist advisors from the Connexions Service or Careers Wales are responsible for making the application for funding.
Please contact the Transition Team for further details or an informal chat on 01524 541 400 or email: admissions@beaumontcollege.org
